First Steps Parenting Classes | Mosaic Pregnancy & Health Centers
From childbirth education to free baby items, Mosaic PHC's "First Steps" parenting classes are designed to help you prepare for the arrival of your baby.
Mosaic PHC wants you to be fully prepared when your new baby arrives! That's why we offer "First Steps," a childbirth education and parenting class program that provides expecting and first-time parents helpful baby preparation information, life skills development opportunities and free baby items. First Steps is a free parenting class series, and participants are welcome to bring a supportive individual to accompany them during each session.
All interested participants must have completed an initial consultation at Mosaic PHC before registering for our childbirth and parenting classes. We recommend taking these classes during your 6th month of pregnancy. To register, contact us at 618.451.2002 or by email at .
