Becoming a parent for the first time can be exciting but also overwhelming.

Mosaic Health is here to help. We provide new moms like you with the opportunity to earn free diapers, free baby clothes and other baby items by completing parenting and childbirth classes, which are also offered free of charge.

It’s a great way to get the supplies and the parenting skills you’ll need to care for your baby!

Mosaic Health provides a gift basket of free baby items for all new moms who complete our 4-part First Steps program.

What’s Included in Parenting and Childbirth Classes?

Weekly First Steps class meetings are two hours long and led by registered nurses and trained volunteers.

Through teaching, instruction, visual aids and demonstrations, you’ll learn how to prepare for the birth of your baby, and parenting skills to help you care for your child.
