At Mosaic Health, we’re here for you. For nearly 40 years, we’ve supported women and families in the Illinois Metro-East who are facing unexpected pregnancies. Since opening our doors in 1986, we’ve had the privilege of helping close to 20,000 women and families by offering free pregnancy services like pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, and accurate information about your options. With two convenient offices in Granite City and Fairview Heights, our caring team is ready to walk alongside you with compassion, support, and practical resources so you can feel confident and empowered in your next steps.​

Years of Operation

Our doors first opened in 1986, and since then, we’ve proudly served the Metro-East community—including Granite City, Fairview Heights, Belleville, O’Fallon, Collinsville, Edwardsville, and Maryville—for almost 40 years. During this time, we’ve empowered nearly 20,000 women and families with the tools, resources, and support needed to face unexpected pregnancies with confidence.

Medical Licenses & Oversight

Your care is provided by a compassionate medical team that includes five Registered Nurses (RNs), with oversight from our Medical Director, a Board-Certified OB/GYN. This ensures that every service we offer is safe, professional, and trustworthy. Our team combines medical expertise with genuine care, creating an environment where women feel respected, informed, and supported.
